It is notouriously difficult to secure permission
for development in greenbelts where strict control
applies. IBA has considerable experience in
negotiating proposals in such areas, including approval
in 2009 for a 15,000sq ft dwellinghouse in the
Nottinghamshire greenbelt, won at appeal.
