This project involved the sensitive conversion of
an historic agricultural barn on a working beef farm.
Planning permission was sought from Melton Borough
Council to convert an existing redundant barn which
despite more modern additions, retained its original

form. The site was in the open countryside and the
barn situated close to other listed buildings
within the farm complex and therefore a sensitive
approach to the conversion works was essential in
securing planning approval.
