to residential use following the collapse of its operating company. We secured outline planning permission on the entire 1.8 hectare site and reserved matters approval for access including local highway and junction improvements. |

We also negotiated and drafted an agreement under section 106 of the 1990 Act to secure off-site open space provision. The extensive demolition and site clearance operations have now been completed and the site is currently being developed. |
