We prepared an urgent planning policy statement
to accompany a detailed planning application for a
multi-million pound hospital redevelopment scheme
in the heart of Mansfield. The proposal involved
the demolition of the old Victorian Hospital building
to allow for the new build elements of the scheme

approach. The planning statement brought together
a multi-disciplinary approach to the project and
accompanied a detailed planning application. The
proposal was approved in time by Mansfield District
Council planning committee.
