This project involved the change of use from an
educational use to restaurant, bar and offices
encompassing substantial internal works and outdoor
signage to one of Nottingham's most prestigious
Grade II Listed Buildings located in the Old Market
Square Conservation Area. The proposal required

the careful balance between facilitating the global
brand that is "Hard Rock Cafe" whilst respecting the
architectural fabric of the historic building. We
were able to secure planning permission quickly
and efficiently to meet the client's timetable.
